ACCOMODATIONS   All lodging requests are taken on a first come, first serve basis. If you have special needs please let us know as soon as you can so that we can have a chance of meeting your needs. There are a limited amount of private rooms available. If you would like a shared room with a particular person please indicate that on your application and we can usually accommodate your request.
